With this in mind, they have a separate sitting room for visits, with armchairs and a practical table. The suites are fully equipped and boast free services. Your room has a safe fitted in the wardrobe, it is recommended that you leave items of value. However, the Hospital Universitario La Moraleja only accepts liability for items deposited in the Administration safe with the appropriate receipt.

They are located in the lobby of the hospital. Opening hours: Cafeteria: from 8 am to 10 pm. Restaurant and self-service: from 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm and 8.30 pm to 10 pm.

For any doubt relating to our services, you can go to the hospital's Finance department we will provide you with the information to resolve your query, and we will be able to tell you each process or consultation is completed.

If you services not d in your policy or would like information on private prices, you can come to request a quotation. You will also be informed of payment methods. If you wish, you can request information on the financing options made available to our patients.

  • In this department you can settle the services provided, request information and contract VIP services and VIP suites. Also, if you need a refund of excess amounts of invoices for care services provided, we will inform you of how you can claim them as well as how you will receive the payment.
  • You can also request invoices for services provided and already settled not d in your policy here and clarify doubts on the coverage of the tests prescribed, which can be resolved or referred to the specific department directly from the hospital's Finance department.
  • After the birth of a newborn and their inclusion on your policy, come to the Finance department of the hospital if you have any query regarding any admission or due authorisation. You can also request information as well as the documentation necessary to contract the premium postpartum management service that we offer at the hospital.

Inpatients who so wish can contract said services, which :

  • Personalised treatment and accompaniment throughout your stay.
  • Free parking for 1 vehicle throughout your stay. Upon arrival at the car park, take the access ticket. At admission, said ticket will be exchanged for a free-access card, which will be returned upon discharge.
  • Television. Access to the television service on the days you remain admitted. (DTT)
  • Food for the person accompanying the patient. A person accompanying the patient is entitled to a daily service consisting of breakfast/lunch/dinner.
  • Newspapers. We will deliver the newspaper of your choice to your room each day.
  • Hairdressers service. You can request the hairdressers service during admission.
